Institut interdisciplinaire d’anthropologie du contemporain - IIAC

Founded on 1st January 2006, IIAC is made up of 5 teams: CEM, LAHIC, LAIOS, LAUM, TRAM and is managed by the CNRS and the EHESS.

Its object of study is Anthropology of contemporary societies understood less in terms of how they are structured but rather how they belong concurrently to the same time period.
